All order cancellations must be received in writing and BEFORE order has s  shipped.  Special Order items – are NON-CANCELLEABLE, NON-RETURNABLE.

Restocking fees may be charged for the following conditions:

         Orders cancelled after they have shipped.

         Returns, if the original manufacturer’s carton is opened/or damaged.

         Used or damaged merchandise or missing parts or accessories.

All credits and refunds are based on manufacturer policies. When applicable, refunds and/or credits will be issued within 14 days of written request and - ONLY - for cancelled or unshipped merchandise.
