Return Policy

Note: Please refuse all packages that arrive in poor condition or with any physical outside damage and contact Customer Support at (410) 833-5262.

Any packages received with shipping damages and not reported to Bri-Allen Technologies, Inc. within two (2) business days cannot be returned for replacement under the warranty.

All returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.

Please contact us via e-mail:  brian_neal@bri-allentech.com or phone: (410)833-5262 to obtain this number.  Returns must include ALL original packing, accessories and manuals to avoid additional restocking fees and be returned to us or the manufacturer (which ever applies) within seven (7) business days from the date you received the merchandise.

IMPORTANT:   The RMA# MUST be written on the OUTSIDE of the box being returned.   Boxes may be refused and return voided if this number does not appear on the box.

Customer is responsible for all shipping cost from and to us.

For any products shipped in error on the part of Bri-Allen Technologies, Inc., we will issue a Call-Tag to have the product picked up from the shipto address and replacement product will be shipped back to you at our expense.
